The St. Vincent de Paul Dining Room

The St. Vincent de Paul Dining Room is located at 928 W. Commerce.  Anyone, homeless or hungry, may come to the SVDP Dining Room to eat.

                    Meals are served at the following times:                                                         
                           Monday - Saturday
                                Breakfast           7:00-7:30 a.m.
                                Lunch              12:30-1:00 p.m.
                                Dinner               4:45 p.m.

                           Sunday
                               Breakfast          7:30-8:00a.m.
                               Dinner              4:00-4:30 p.m.

Three meals are prepared daily and anyone, homeless or hungry, who wishes may eat.  Paid staff includes a full time kitchen manager as well as full and part time cooks.  On a rotational basis, approximately 960 volunteers serve the prepared meals to our guests who are coming to eat. 

In the year 2006, the SVDP-AC was able to provide 278,525 meals to the homeless and hungry in the SVDP Dining Room.  Since its founding in 1985, more than 4,386,233 meals have been served.
